Construction Begins on Two Midtown
The First of Eight Phases for Midtown Miami

Construction is now underway on Tow Midtown, the first residential tower of Midtown, Miami a $2.3 billion, self-contained urban community in the heart of downtown Miami.

The Midtown Group held a late December groundbreaking for the 29 story high-rise, the first of eight residential towers planned for its large-scale mixed-use Midtown miami development. Two Midtown is scheduled to be completed in early 2006.

'With 28 acres of shops, restaurants, residential buildings, a hotel, town square and abundant green spaces, Midtown Miami will bring a chic urban style to the Biscayne corridor, invigorating the area like never before," said Joe Cayre, chairman of Midtown Group. "Midtown Miami will transform the City of Miami - today and for generations to come."

All 338 residences at Two Midtown were sold in just two days last May - success typically unheard of. "The record sell-out confirms the pent-up demand that exists for furthering the growth of this area," says Daniel Pfeffer, principal of Midtown group.

"With its convenient location, spacious residences and complete live-work-play environment, Midtown miami presents a unique lifestyle proposition in the city," continued Pfeffer.

Two Midtown's amenities include a rooftop swimming pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, a porte cochere, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, meditation garden, concierge, 24 hour security, valet, private storage facilities and covered parking.

Residences feature floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant windows, generous private terraces, Italian kitchens and stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and stone countertops, master baths with stone flooring and designer fixtures, spacious walk-in closets and pre-wiring for cable and high-speed internet.

Midtown Miami is a unique urban development, now rising on the former 55-acre Buena Visa Yard in Miami, on what was the core of the Florida East Coast Railroad. The site is located just north of the Performing Arts District, south of the Design District, east of the Wynwood Arts District and west of Biscayne Bay.

Midtown Group is comprised of Chairman Joe Cayre and Priniciapls Daniel Pfeffer and Micahel Samuel. Midtown Group Realty, LLC, with Deborah Samuel, Jeff Morr and Fabien Tremoulet serving as principal brokers, is handling sales exclusively for the development. Sales Director Nir Perets manages a team of five, which is operating out of the interactive sales and design center.
