Guess Who Towers?
Take a famous-because-hes-well-known national developer, add a reputable and experienced local development team and put the project on 900 feet of broad sandy beach. The result for the first tower of the three planned Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach: pre-construction sales of 90 percent of 271 units in the first three weeks.
Each of the partners in the project is responsible for their specialized area so Michael and Gil Dezer of Dezer Development are in charge of sales and marketing. Jorge Perez of The Related Group of Florida plus local developer Tom Daly oversee financing and construction and The Donald of Donald J. Trump Organization provides input on architectural design and unit layouts.
Units are priced from between $650,000 to $4 million have 10- foot ceilings and eight-foot doors and the essential granite-laden gourmet kitchens with Italian cabinets, top of the line appliance and marble-everywhere bathrooms. Also, a must in new luxury condos: cutting-edge telecommunications capability plus all the expected amenities and services. Architect Sieger Suarez of Coral designed the three identical buildings which will go up on Collins Avenue between 158th and 160th Streets. Sales in the second tower will begin on January 15, 2005 and groundbreaking for the first tower is planned for Spring 2005.
